Dates, a type of fruit that thrives on palm trees in the tropical regions of southern Iran. According to data from the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Iran is the world’s second-largest exporter of dates, following Egypt, with exports reaching around 950 thousand tons by the end of 2022. Tabiat Holding, which has recently commenced operations in this industry, is recognized as one of the foremost date exporters in Iran. Dates are rich in vitamins A, B, C, and E, as well as essential nutrients like protein, fat, phosphorus, sulfur, potassium, calcium, and iron. It is advisable to consume 2-3 dates daily. Tabiat offers a variety of dates such as Mazafati, Khasouei, Zahedi, Asali, Kabkab, etc., all grown in the fertile lands of southern Iran. Tabiat’s grade 1 date serves as a healthy sugar substitute, aiding in the prevention of diabetes and obesity.
